A Plea from the Heart: When Influencers Stay Silent
Introduction
This is not just a blog post — it is a cry for help. I, Anurag, have been battling the darkest phase of my life. Over the past two years, my world has fallen apart — emotionally, physically, and financially.
My father was hospitalized due to a severe lung problem in September. Around the same time, my wife and I received the news that we were going to be parents. But rather than celebrating, we found ourselves crushed under hospital bills, job loss, and debt. I lost my job. I now work as a Domino's delivery person, making ₹22 per delivery — sometimes not even that. Our home is under threat of possession because we are unable to pay the EMIs.
I have debts of over ₹40 lakhs, and I’m struggling every single day to hold on.
When Help Was Needed, Silence Spoke Loudest
Out of desperation and faith, I reached out to the influencers I looked up to. These are the people I followed for years. I laughed at their jokes, admired their journeys, watched every video, and even promoted them through my blog and social pages.
I sent messages and emails to:
-
🎤 Yo Yo Honey Singh
-
🕺 Raghav Juyal
-
🎭 Kevin Hart
-
🇮🇳 Major Gaurav Arya
-
🏀 Shaquille O'Neal
-
🎥 Abhishek Malhan (Fukra Insaan)
-
💪 Aarush Bhola
-
🎤 Varun Yadav aka Laila
-
😎 Purav Jha
-
🔥 iShowSpeed
-
🌟 Sonu Sood
-
🎮 Ajay Nagar (CarryMinati)
-
🎙️ Samay Raina
-
🎬 Elvish Yadav
-
📸 Rajat Dalal
And many more.
But to this day, not one person replied. Not a single word. No encouragement, no help — not even an acknowledgment.
Why Am I Writing This?
Because this is my last hope — to be heard. I’m not asking for luxury, fame, or handouts. I’m asking for a second chance at life, a bit of support to help me start a new chapter.
My phone exploded, leaving me without a means to work properly. My pregnant wife worries day and night. I’m doing all I can. I’ve tried everything from freelancing to asking strangers for food.
All I asked was for one reply, one chance, one little help to begin again.
And I promise, if I get back on my feet, I’ll repay every penny.
I Still Have Hope
I still believe in humanity. I still believe that someone will read this and care. Maybe it won’t be those I tagged — but maybe you will share this post, and it might reach the right heart.
